Pricing: All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Sales & Returns: Helix Racing Products sells to wholesale distributors and retail consumers. Sales to dealers are reviewed on a one by one basis and due to the nature of some small, low cost items and shipping these items, dealers may have the best pricing through distributors. We would prefer customers purchase our products from local dealers to get a firsthand look at the items and show your support for your favorite local shop. Terms of sale are FOB Covington Louisiana. Retail sales must be prepaid by credit card or money order. If there is a discrepancy on an order, Helix must be notified 3 days after receipt of shipment. We do not issue refunds or accept returns without authorization from Helix.

Availability of Products and Backorders: Products listed for sale by Helix Racing Products are not guaranteed to be in stock at the time of order, if at all. Helix reserves the right to delay new product introductions and discontinue any product at its discretion. For Backorders, If and when backorders become available they will automatically ship ground freight unless the customer indicates" No Backorders" at the time of initial order.

All products manufactured by or distributed by Helix Racing Products should be installed by a qualified experienced technician. If you are unsure of your ability to install a product, please have the product installed by your motorcycle dealer. Helix Racing Products takes no responsibility for damages caused by improper installation. Buyer assumes all risk for any and all damages caused to themselves , a third party or property by virtue of using or failure of these products. After Installation double check bolts, clamps, fittings, routing of wires, hoses, tubing, and test start machine for inspection of work performed. Helix Racing Products assumes no liability for any errors in listings, specifications, part numbers, prices or model applications. Helix Racing Products reserves the right to change specifications, product descriptions, product quality, pricing and application at any time without notice or further obligation. Brand names and part numbers for Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, KTM, and others are used for reference only. Our products can be used by customers with brand name products, but no Helix Racing Products are made with permission from brand name manufacturers.

Warranty: Helix Racing Products, Tool items have a limited lifetime warranty and are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship only and this guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of the product only and to the original purchaser only. Call Helix customer service to obtain a RGA (return goods authorization) before returning the product. Send product back to Helix Racing Products, 2023 Philip Dr., Suite D, Covington, LA, 70434 for inspection. Have RGA number clearly noted on outside of package. Please include description of claimed defect and proof of purchase along with contact information. Helix Racing Products Reserves the right to inspect and determine if the tool is defective or has been misused to cause breakage, or failure.
